Facing my first my surgery with apprehension I was becoming depressed after dismissing 2 surgeons who acted like gods and treated our questions with dismissive attitudes. By accident Dr. Delanois was recommended to us.From my initial visit through recovery Dr. Delanois treated us with respect and empathy. His entire team is world class. Every process along the way is geared toward making the surgical process as comfortable as possible.I really appreciated the after care I received post surgery. I was given a private room post surgery and remained in the hospital until the following day until I cleared physical therapy.Having access to my team via the hospital portal is amazing. The constant reminders and check ins help frame the expectations for the days following surgery.I am so blessed to have Dr. Delanois and his team. Wish I would have had my hip surgery years ago with him.

Dr. Delanois and his team are all personable and professional, setting me at ease right from the beginning. He has done both my knees, now (TKR), and I couldn't be more pleased!

I had my left knee replaced 13 days ago by Dr Delanois and his team. I had put my surgery off for a long time and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I was also afraid to have the surgery. Finally, when I could barely walk, I decided to go ahead and schedule my surgery. Dr Delanois and his team made me feel very comfortable as they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Throughout this process I've spoken with the nurses and surgical coordinator often and they were so helpful and always willing to answer my questions. They also sent me a lot of information pertaining to my procedure. I was excited the morning of my surgery, and had no fears or worries. Almost 2 weeks later I'm doing great, getting physical therapy, and taking walks, while using only a cane! I'm not in a lot of pain and looking forward to a full recovery. When I get my right knee done, I will again trust Dr Ronald Delanois and his wonderful team to take care of me.

The medical care has been very good. The manual clerical care was a bit clumsy. Because my PCP is not Lifebridge, paper requests for pre-op work had to be delivered via paper which were mailed to me. Faxes were never received. It would be helpful to be able to receive that info via the portal in my patient record to alleviate phone calls. After my procedure, it was great being able to touch base via the portal. Daily check-ins we’re extremely helpful and concerns made during the week were answered immediately.

I was treated exceptionally well, all the doctors and nurses were amazing.

Surgical visit was extremely thorough with all caregivers and surgery went very smoothly. Recovery has been quite easy.

After a long battle with knee pain amd no relief, iasked my doctor to provide me with names and places for joint problems. I am happy I met Dr. Delanois. He listened to my complaints. I strongly recommen him.

I was in a great deal of pain and Dr. Delanois was sympathetic but very business-like and professional. He encouraged me to lose weight before my surgery by sharing his own method. This helped me to lose 30 pounds before my first surgery. He also was able to repair my second hip within 2 1/2 months after my first hip replacement. He and his team were very careful about making sure I followed all the protocols in order to prevent any problems. There was good communication both pre- and post-surgery.

Dr. Delanois has replaced both of my hips and my right knee in the past 3 1/2 years. I've had excellent results with all my surgeries.

I saw Dr. Delanois today for the first time.for a fractured patella (knee cap) He was very professional and very personable. He said if it were to break he could repair it but he can’t do anything at this time. He assured me that everything thing was fine with my patella and to go on with my life.

He was a very friendly doctor cut right to the chase held nothing back was very upfront about everything and done excellent work on Right leg and knee when it’s time for me to get my other leg done he is definitely going to be the doctor that I choose

Dr. Delanois is awesome. He was able to perform a knee replacement that other Ortho docs said was too complicated for them to perform, due to prior surgical devices being present in my knee.

Very caring! I had knee replacement,and had excellent results! Very little pain and was up the same day. Dr. Delanois and the whole staff were wonderful!

Every question or concern that I could possibly have was answered and the portal has been a great help answering my questions daily. He has done an amazing job because I'm recovering much faster than I could have ever imagined. I have already given recommendations to friends, family, and strangers that have asked why I was using a walker in the week one stage after surgery.

I have been with Dr. Delanois for over 16+ years. He has performed surgery on my son because of his care for me. Over the years he has provided his staff with up-to-date therapeutic knee injection information and studies to share with me. I'm grateful for his team but I only trust Dr. Delanois to administer my knee injections and that's just what I'm used to. He's caring, well-informed and professional when it comes to my wellbeing. I'm not sure what I would do without him and his team when it comes to my orthopedic needs. They are the best of the best!

This was my 2nd Hip Replacement done by Rr. Delanlois & his team. This procedure was much easier than my first hip replacement. The staff at Northwest Hospital from the nurses, PTs, OCTs even the Food Service were all terrific! Dr. Delanlois & Dr. Andrett and the Anesthesiologists were all terrific!

Dr.D goes out his way to take care of his patients. I have had a hip and knee replacement done bye him .

Dr Delanois performed a very complicated right hip revision on me in October 2020. He did not do the original surgery which did not turn out well. I had to walk with a cane and was in constant pain after the original surgery! Now I am perfect thanks to my wonderful Dr Delanois. I would never consider going to any other orthopedic surgeon! He is experienced, very pleasant, and very dedicated! I just love him, and would never doubt his competence!??

My initial visit was with Andre,PA ,and he was excellent, providing quality time. I would have appreciated more time with Dr. Delanois , rather than only about 30 seconds during 3face to face contacts. However, he is an excellent surgeon and highly recommended by my close friend, Dr. James Wood, and my cousin, Dr. Miles Harrison. My surgery was successful, and I am happy. I could not have asked for a better Team, always there and so caring, sensitive to my concerns; a quality team. I would certainly recommend Dr.Delanois to family and friends. Thank you all !

Absolutely! I would recommend Dr. D. as I affectionately call him. The one thing the I'll like to point out, it would've been nice to have spoken with him personally, as a follow-up. When I had lumbar fusion surgery in 2012, at another hospital, I was very pleased that Dr. Justin Tortanli, took time away from his busy sch to visit me, the next day. This is my 2nd surgery with with Dr. D and it would've been nice to personally thank him. On the other hand, his team of professionals did a phenomenal job! Esp. the anesthesia nurse that offered me his phone to listen to music, during the surgery. I would 100% recommend this as a medical relaxation tool, during surgery. So "kudos!" to the surgical team, nurses, & other med professionals.

Dr. D is extremely personable and truly cares about your health. He tells it like it is and what is in your best interest. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been told their case is hopeless. He has been a lifesaver.

Him & his staff are very helpful and polite I came to with infection my other Dr. said was normal Dr. Delanois in 30 seconds told me different and got me walking and his team just did my right knee replacement & all they did was perfect and the same with the hospital staff . The best thing they talked to me not down to me the BEST.

I had to have a total right knee revision replacement surgery. And I will tell you, after 57 years on this planet & 14 total surgeries, without any hesitation, Sinai’s team ranks number one (1)!! It would be hard for me to single out one person; ya’ll were that good! Thank you to ALL !! Please give them a nice bonus, something like the President just did...in the neighborhood of $1,200 to $2,000 each. YES, they all are worth it!!

Dr. Delanois was recommended to me as the best person to do a total hip replacement by another orthopedic surgeon I have known for years who is excellent. His staff is amazing and thorough in follow ups. The app they use with surgical patients in the weeks before and after surgery keep the care and dialog current with where you are. Pain management is knowledgeable and very sympathetic. This was good for someone like me who wants less; they patiently titrated up to my level of comfort. My hip replacement is going well with daily online checks to catch potential complications for clots or infection early. The app has good pictures to help answer questions so everyone is on the same page. Definitely an excellent surgical team.
